Gord has over 30 years of experience in the energy services industry in roles spanning production optimization, project management, strategy and leadership. He graduated from chemical engineering in 1991 from the University of Alberta. He joined a team made up of geologists, reservoir, production engineering and operations experts to optimize oil & gas assets across North America including support for asset acquisition & divestitures. This led to a career in facilitating and coaching operations and leadership teams to align strategy, goals and priorities across their organization to optimize production, costs & overall performance. Today, Gord’s passion is to help grow service organizations so that they become leaders in their area of business – to be great organizations coveted by investors, their clients, business partners and employees.
As part of WPM Chemical Corp, Gord will work with partners and clients to deliver nanoparticle formulations and processes to clean, protect & improve flow through pipelines and facilities better & more cost effectively than existing methods. He will also leverage his network to enhance oil recovery through fracking and re-stimulating wells, and enhancing waterfloods with our world leading nanoparticle formulations.
